The tempered glass allows you to seal in moisture and nutrients while keeping an eye on your food. Fits most 10-in. pans at 10-in. diameter x 3-in. high. Phenolic knob resists heating up on the stovetop and is easy and comfortable to grip. Oven safe to 350F and dishwasher-safe.
